Mr Jeremy Woolf (Partner) MA DipTP MRTPI
Jeremy Woolf is a Partner of the practice, and was a director of Chancellors between 1982 and 2004. He has considerable experience as a Consultant to a wide range of mainly commercial clients including most of the main national housebuilding companies. Overall he has had 30 years experience as a Chartered Town Planner including 6 years in Local Government and is an experienced professional inquiry witness.

Mr Douglas Bond (Partner) BA MRTPI
Douglas Bond has been in private practice for the last 19 years. He was a Director of Chancellors, Chartered Town Planning Consultants up until October 2004. He acts for a wide range of clients, including National and Regional house builders (promoting Brownfield and Greenfield developments at the planning application, appeal and Development Plan stages) and commercial clients (promoting industrial parks and individual commercial schemes, petrol filling stations, motor car dealerships and other roadside uses). He is an experienced professional witness at planning inquiries.

Murray Chrystal (Associate) DipTP MRTPI
Murray Chrystal was employed by Chancellors from 1998. He has 30 years experience as a Chartered Town Planner, including 16 years with various District and Borough Councils in Hampshire and Surrey, as well as positions with Chapman Warren and the Bryan Jezeph Consultancy. His expertise and experience is primarily, but not exclusively, in development control and enforcement matters, including appearing at inquiries as a professional witness.

Mr Steven Brown (Associate) BSc(Hons) DipTP MRTPI
Steven Brown was employed by Chancellors from 2001. He has 4 years commercial planning experience and is a Chartered Town Planner. His expertise and experience is primarily in providing advice to the house building industry upon potential development opportunities and housing land supply matters. He supports the principles, undertaking development appraisals, preparation of supporting statements, submission of representations upon development plan reviews (to include Regional Spatial Strategies and Local Development Frameworks), submission of planning applications and supporting statements, preparation of S.78 appeal statements and proofs of evidence, as well as housing land supply matters in respect of formal development plan reviews.
