The practice concentrates on residential, commercial, road related and recreation projects and has a well-established client base. This includes major house builders and other commercial firms together with organisations including the HBF and public bodies.

The Practice regularly participates in Structure Plan EiPs and local plan inquiries on behalf of clients as well as conducting planning appeals and appearing in the Lands Tribunal.

We are involved in a range of development schemes across England. Projects vary from major town expansion proposals to medium and small-scale development projects. We offer specialist advice on housing need issues and are experienced in the implementation of schemes at the Master Plan stage. We are specialists in promoting difficult and controversial schemes at the application and appeal stages. We also undertake development appraisals and site identification studies.
